The Big Freeze is Over.

It is true.  Most of the United States is now out of frost date ranges, heading towards the growing season.  I have heard a lot of worries and grumblings from the planters I live around about the particularly cold spring we have had.  Some of them even rushing out late at night to cover up their little tiny seedlings so they wouldn’t catch the frost.

The USDA and the Farmers Almanac can give us a better look in what to expect for frost dates.  You can have a look at it below.  I love maps!

On a lovely note, there are Columbine and Golden Alexanders blooming in our front bed.  They are native wild flowers!

Life’s a garden folks, now that the frost scares are hopefully over, let’s dig it :)
